[TNR-3185] - Folders in Document Tab
Users can now create a folder hierarchy in document tab.

[TNR-3639] new signal method signalProcessInstanceByIdAndTransitionName (no node name needed)
This Method can signal processinstance without submitting nodenames.

[TNR-3495] create System Users (autom.) via admin client context menu
When a new client is created some system users will also be added automatically (sys.timer, sys.support, sys.starter)

A new escalationmodel was implemented and can define different escalation levels for different processes. Feature can be found in Process Repository Client.

A new Tab was created in Administration Client which shows all users in a table view in order to optimize administration of users.

[TNR-3405] User Increment value from Table
MySQL, MSSQL and Oracle used different ways to increment primary keys. This was changed and alle database types are now using saming incrementing type.

[TNR-3308] Implementation: Automatically delete browser cache before login- default no-cache=false
This propertie can be set in tim.properties. If set to true the browser cache will be ignored if users logs in. Userfull for updates or changing project sources.

[TNR-3726] release all smartform locks on client (frontend) leave (also on reload)
Locks on smartforms will now be released if user just closes browser and does not press save or close the smartform.

[TNR-3766] DB Cell “queryString” in loom_dbquery is too small (255)
Queries can no contain up to 4000 signs.

[TNR-3752] User import should be able to handle at least 100 users in 50 groups
The user import in administration client was improved and can not handle more users and groups. A refactoring is outstanding.

[TNR-3390] sendAllDelayed Mails fetches (not sends) also blocked DelayedMails
The email timer will not fetch every unsent mail anymore. Only mails which are not blocked and not sent will be fetched and tried to send.
