[TNR-4417] - Timer that start instances on certain days of week (and time) by start node notation
A new timer which can start instances and certain days and times in a week.

[TNR-4487] - Authentification via second IDP + configuration outside of tim.ear
One server can now handle more then one identity provider. Also the SAML module was moved from product to jboss. jBoss Module Update and standalone-tim.xml update is needed!
