This handler transfers notes from a super-process (i.e. main process) to the current (sub-)process. In doing this, all notes that apply to this process instance are carried over. Notes for tasks or activities are not transferred because they should only be relevant to their respective tasks or activities. If the flag is positioned upwards to “true”, then the processes from the current (sub-) process will be carried over to the main process.
